Ruth Smith Jackson has over 30 years of experience in the securities business. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Smith Jackson was President and Managing Director of JPMorgan Securities of Texas where she managed the sales and trading of taxable and tax-exempt securities of the broker/dealer. She served on the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and is currently an NASD industry arbitrator.
