Founded by financial experts, the management team has over 100 years experience in the financial services industry.  One of the co-founders, David Lambert, has been a specialist in the tax-free bond market for over 40 years.  Michael Noel, another co-founder of the firm, has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years and acts as a taxable bond specialist.  Shannon Braymen, the third co-founder, has been trading equities, options, bonds and governments for over 20 years.  Additionally, Shannon acts as Managing Partner for BLN and oversees the back office functions.
